You can do so much, but should you?

After a few years of saying "Yes!" to new opportunities, different types of projects, and creative ways we could serve our clients, we were feeling overwhelmed. Our team could do so much that our skills were stretched thin and our growth felt stagnant.

So we called a team meeting and asked:

  • What helps our clients the most?

  • What do we love doing?

  • Where do we want to grow?

Turns out, a few of our services weren't things that had the greatest impact on our clients AND our team didn't love doing them. But here's the crazy thing: some of these were our most profitable services!

We cut them anyway and saw immediate change.


Our team was revitalized, our growth goals were refined (and soon met!) and most importantly, our clients were more likely to recommend us to friends.
