V-Control App

I normally don’t like to get too over the top geeky about new gear. That said, I’ll be the first to admit that new gear can be fun. No, gear isn’t going to revolutionize your recordings. However, when I find a new piece of gear or toy that can literally change the way I work in the studio in a positive direction, I get pretty excited.

That’s exactly what the V-Control Pro iPad app has done. After only a few test runs on some sessions, it’s already one of my favorite tools in my studio. If you’re not familiar with what the V-Control is and what it can do, let’s take a quick look:
